In 2021, I joined athenahealth to design, launch, and advance athenaOne, a platform built to streamline healthcare operations and improve care delivery. Focused on optimizing workflows and reducing administrative burdens, with support from my team we developed intuitive solutions that empower providers to deliver efficient, high-quality care. As the lead designer, I played a key role in shaping the suite along with its key features like ADM, which enables seamless device and access management within practices. Our work reinforced athenaOne’s role as a vital tool in modern healthcare, driving better outcomes for both providers and patients through user-centered innovation.
